SHIP CUSTOM CLIENT WORK
10X FASTER.
Top-tier websites, apps, and software — generated end-to-end by the most powerful engine in the category.
Not a chat bot. Not a template gallery. Not a sandbox you can't leave. A custom-built engine that ships full applications — real auth, real backends, real payments, real code. Describe what your client needs; deploy under your brand at premium-but-accessible rates, faster than a WordPress timeline. Code is yours forever — anti-vendor-lock by design.

- ✓ Plans from $99/mo — start with one app, add more later

Built different.
Owned by you.
A custom engine miles ahead of any LLM on the market.
Not a chat-bot wrapper. Not a template inflater. The BoltForge engine is a purpose-built agent loop sitting on top of the strongest model available today, tuned with prompt caching, adaptive thinking, mid-stream cancellation, and calibration data from real production builds.
Our philosophy: 110% effort on the first build. Our exclusive prompt enhancer reads what you wrote, surfaces ambiguity before it costs tokens, and ships a frame that's usable on the first pass.
And when you do want to iterate — unlimited iterations, accurate edits, no drift. Other platforms cap iterations or lose the plot after three turns. BoltForge keeps going as long as you do.
Your code. Your infrastructure. Your call.
Most platforms in this space are sandboxes — your client's app lives inside their walls, runs on their proprietary runtime, and exports as an unfinished tarball if you can leave at all.
BoltForge generates clean Next.js source code with no platform-specific imports, no proprietary runtime, no hidden dependencies. Push it to your GitHub, deploy it to AWS, Vercel, Netlify, or your own infrastructure. The code is yours, the deploy is yours, the relationship with your client is yours. No lock-in. Ever.
Your clients keep asking
for things WordPress
can't do.
You either say no and lose the engagement, or say yes and burn three months hacking together fourteen plugins that break each other. Either way, your margin shrinks and your reputation takes the hit. There's a better play.
In days, not months.
Real software,
not site-builder
output.
BoltForge ships production-grade websites, apps, and full software platforms — generated end-to-end by a custom-built engine purpose-made for client delivery. Real auth, real backends, real payments, real code. White-labeled under your brand, deployable to any domain, source code yours forever. WordPress can stay alongside when content publishing matters; BoltForge handles the rest — and ships in days, not months.

ON TOP OF AN AI PLATFORM.

Helping a client decide what they need? WordPress vs custom app — decision framework →
The economics that
actually work.
Less than custom dev.
Custom dev shops bill $15K-35K over 8-16 weeks. WordPress shops top out around $5K and have to compete on price. BoltForge sits in the sweet spot — ship custom-app capabilities in days at a 2-3x WordPress premium. You undercut the custom-shop quote, beat the WordPress-shop value, and pocket the margin traditional dev would have eaten.
A real Next.js engineer in the US is $120-180K. Subcontracting offshore introduces quality risk and timeline slippage. The platform replaces both — at a fraction of the cost, with delivery measured in days. Here's the math at typical agency scale.
The cost estimator runs before every build, so you know what you're spending before you commit. Set per-client token caps, see margin per iteration in real time, and never explain a surprise charge to a client. The estimator is free and runs in seconds — type the prompt, see the projected spend, refine if it's out of budget.
Build fees averaged across the year: $3K × 10 / 12 = $2.5K/mo recurring
Monthly hosting + maintenance: $300 × 10 = $3K/mo
Monthly iteration revenue: $400 × 10 = $4K/mo
Less: platform cost $1,698/mo + your AWS for the 10 hosted sites ~$300-800/mo
$15K-30K/month gross margin on $1,698/mo platform cost.

What can I build with this?
Token budgets translated to typical project shapes. Real builds vary with iteration depth, complexity, and reference materials — run the cost estimator before any build for an exact projection.
- ~1 marketing site (with iterations)
- or 1 simple landing page + tweaks
- Apps + SaaS not feasible at this tier
- ~3-4 marketing sites OR
- 1-2 sites with auth / member areas OR
- 1 small dashboard or portal app
- ~10 marketing sites OR
- ~4 sites with auth + CMS OR
- ~2 SaaS apps (auth + dashboard + DB) OR
- 1 full software platform
- ~30 marketing sites OR
- ~12 sites with auth + CMS OR
- ~6 SaaS apps OR
- ~3 full software platforms
Marketing site ≈ 200K tokens · site with auth + CMS ≈ 500K · SaaS app ≈ 1M · full software platform ≈ 2M+. Hit the cap? Add a token block any time (per-tier: Solo 250K/$300 · Starter 500K/$600 · Pro 1M/$720 · Enterprise 1M/$520) without leaving the workspace.
Hosting billed at posted rates.
No surprise bills.
Your subscription covers the build engine. Hosting is billed separately for what you actually use — published rates below, monthly statement, hard cap per plan so you can't blow past your budget. Or skip our hosting entirely with BYO AWS / Convex / DNS on any paid tier — pay your providers direct.
Per-tier hard caps prevent runaway bills: Solo capped at $50/mo, Starter $200/mo, Pro $1,000/mo, Enterprise per contract. Hit a cap, builds and deploys pause until you bump the cap or top up. BYO AWS / Convex / DNS bypasses these rates entirely — pay your providers direct at their published prices.
When you need extreme custom work.
This is where BoltForge builds your project directly. Our team takes the engagement, ships custom only-yours features as we go, and stays with you through deploy. Use this when the self-serve platform isn't the right fit — novel architecture, native mobile, hardware integrations, regulated workflows, or anything that needs a human-shaped delivery plan.
We're full-stack across the entire engagement. If it can be built, we can build it. Let's talk.

WORDPRESS OR
CUSTOM APP?
A decision framework for agencies. When WordPress is the right call, when a custom application is, and when the answer is both. Written for agency owners who want to recommend honestly.
Last updated 2026-05-10. We refresh this comparison as both WordPress and BoltForge evolve.
Three project shapes,
three answers.
Recommend WordPress
When the project is mostly content, presentation, or standard commerce.
- ✓ Content-heavy marketing site
- ✓ Blog or news site with regular publishing
- ✓ Standard product catalog + cart (WooCommerce fits)
- ✓ Client team will manage content themselves
- ✓ Plugin ecosystem covers all required functionality
- ✓ Tight publishing cadence (multiple posts/week)
Recommend a custom app
When the project needs real backend logic, custom workflows, or anything beyond display.
- ✓ Member portals, dashboards, internal tools
- ✓ Real-time features (collaboration, live data)
- ✓ Complex auth: multi-tier roles, RBAC
- ✓ Deep integrations with CRM / ERP / accounting
- ✓ Compliance requirements (HIPAA / SOC2 / GDPR)
- ✓ Project budget supports premium delivery ($10K+)
Recommend both
When the marketing presence and the software functionality are different jobs that should each use the right tool.
- ✓ Public marketing site + private member portal
- ✓ WordPress catalog + custom B2B quoting tool
- ✓ Brand presence + transactional admin app
- ✓ Phased: launch with WP, add custom later
- ✓ Content team owns WP, dev team owns app
- ✓ SEO-driven content + gated SaaS layer
The most common answer for serious agency engagements is the third column. Most clients who walk in asking for “a WordPress site with X feature” actually need both — a marketing site AND a custom application.
Where each platform
genuinely wins.
No checkmark-vs-X tables. WordPress wins entire categories — be skeptical of any comparison that pretends otherwise. Here's the picture as we see it after shipping production work on both.
| Need | WordPress | BoltForge |
|---|---|---|
| Content publishing & editorial workflow | Wins today. Gutenberg + author roles + drafts, revisions, scheduling, taxonomies. Hard to match for organizations publishing multiple articles per week. | Coming soon. Native blog & content module — author roles, drafts, scheduling, revisions, taxonomies. Rolling out to Enterprise partners first, then Pro. Until shipped, MDX collections work for dev-managed content; hybrid pattern (WP for content, BoltForge for app layer) is recommended for content-team-heavy clients. |
| SEO foundation (technical) | Plugin-driven (Yoast, Rank Math). Core Web Vitals frequently suffer from plugin bloat — deliberate tuning required to score well. | Wins. Server-rendered Next.js with sitemap, robots, JSON-LD structured data built in. Core Web Vitals tuned by default — no plugin layer to optimize against. |
| SEO content authoring (writer experience) | Wins. Yoast / Rank Math live-coach writers on readability and keyword density inside the editor. Decades of editorial workflow patterns. | Markdown content, no live SEO coaching. Marketing teams accustomed to Yoast feel the gap. |
| Time-to-launch standard storefront | Wins. WooCommerce + 1000+ extensions stand up a generic catalog/cart/checkout in hours with a default theme. Strongest for <500-SKU storefronts using standard pricing. | Generates a custom storefront in 2-4 hours rather than minutes — overkill for a vanilla shop, the right call when the standard plugin output isn't what the client wants. |
| Custom commerce UX (B2B, subscriptions, complex pricing) | Possible with significant theme + plugin work. WooCommerce extensibility starts to fight you for B2B quoting, per-customer pricing, complex subscription tiers, marketplace patterns. | Coming soon. Native commerce module — Stripe-native B2B quoting, per-customer pricing rules, subscription tiers, custom cart UX. Rolling out to Enterprise partners first, then Pro. Solo and Starter stay on the hybrid pattern (WP + BoltForge for the membership / portal layer) until then. |
| Plugin ecosystem breadth | Wins on raw breadth. 60K+ plugins cover almost any need. Trade-off: each plugin is a maintenance liability, conflicts compound, abandoned plugins create security risk. | Generated code, not plugins. Fewer common needs covered out of the box; in exchange, no plugin-conflict matrix to maintain. |
| What if no plugin exists for the client's need? | Hire a custom WordPress developer (typically $80-150/hr) to write a bespoke plugin, or tell the client no. Plugin-shaped problems compound: any future WP update can break the custom plugin, leaving the agency on the hook for ongoing maintenance. | Wins. Generates the custom capability on demand as part of the build — no separate dev hire, no plugin to maintain. The bespoke logic ships as clean Next.js code alongside everything else. “If the plugin doesn't exist, we generate it” is a real differentiator on the engagements WordPress shops have to turn down. |
| Hosting cost at low end | Wins for low-traffic brochure sites. $5-20/mo shared hosting handles small WP sites. Costs ramp fast with traffic — managed WP runs $30-100+ at scale. | Generated apps run on AWS / Vercel — overkill (and overpriced) for a brochure site, scales smoothly past where shared WP starts to choke. |
| Custom application functionality | Possible with significant custom dev (themes, plugins, REST API). Maintenance burden grows fast. | Wins. Custom apps are the primary use case. Real backends, real logic, generated in days. |
| Project type breadth (sites + apps + software) | Sites first. Apps and software-grade builds require significant custom dev or third-party integrations — often forces agencies to subcontract or hand off the engagement. | Wins. One agent, one codebase pattern: marketing sites, web apps, internal tools, member portals, full-stack SaaS — all from the same prompt-driven workflow. |
| Code cleanliness (theme-free, plugin-free) | Output is theme + plugin output. Custom changes layer over a parent theme; plugin code quality varies; conflicts compound. | Wins. No themes, no plugins. Generated Next.js source reads like code your own team would write — clean components, clean routes, no plugin abstraction layer to debug through. |
| Real-time features (collaboration, live data) | Requires significant custom work + ongoing plugin maintenance. WP-Realtime, Pusher integrations possible but fragile. | Wins. Convex / Supabase realtime built into generated apps natively. |
| Complex auth (multi-tier roles, RBAC) | Membership plugins (MemberPress, Restrict Content Pro) handle basic cases; complex RBAC requires custom code. | Wins. Clerk / NextAuth with full RBAC scaffolding generated automatically. |
| Custom dashboards & reporting | Possible with custom theming + plugins. The kind of work that drains agency margin and breaks on WP updates. | Wins. Recharts / shadcn dashboards generated as part of the build. |
| Deep integrations (CRM, ERP) | Plugin-bridges exist for common SaaS. Custom system integrations require dev work. | Wins. Custom API + webhook code generated for any system the client needs. |
| Speed to deliver custom features | Days to weeks for off-the-shelf plugins; weeks to months for custom dev. | Wins. Hours to days for the same custom feature. |
| Long-term support burden | Plugin updates, theme conflicts, core upgrades. The maintenance tax compounds the more plugins you add. | Wins on plugin-conflict-free maintenance. No plugin matrix to manage. Framework upgrades (Next.js majors, dependency bumps) still need periodic attention — less frequent than WP plugin storms, not zero. |
| Cost predictability for fixed-bid client work | Variable. Plugin license costs add up over time; custom dev hours are estimated, not fixed. Quoting fixed-bid client work means absorbing scope creep yourself. | Wins. Pre-build cost estimator + per-prompt token preview shows projected spend before every build. Per-client token caps + the free prompt optimizer keep iteration costs predictable. Caps are backstops, not surprises. |
| Source code ownership | Open source (GPL) — code is yours, technically. Practically tied to the WP+plugin ecosystem. | Source code is yours, deployable anywhere. No platform lock-in. |
You don't replace WordPress.
You extend it.
For most agency engagements, the right architecture isn't WordPress OR custom — it's WordPress AND custom. Marketing presence stays where the client's team can manage it; software functionality lives where it actually belongs.
- Independent hosting / scaling
- Independent deployment cycles
- Single sign-on possible via shared auth
- Different teams can own each side
- Keeps WP investment intact
- Custom logic moves out of WP
- API-first design for future apps
- WP plugins become consumers, not the source of truth
- Smallest scope to start
- Best for adding ONE custom capability
- Iframe or React embed
- Easy to expand if it works
All three patterns let your agency keep its WordPress expertise relevant. You're not betting against your skill stack — you're extending it into the work WordPress doesn't do well.
Higher than WordPress.
Less than custom dev.
Custom applications historically cost 4-7x WordPress builds and take 4-7x as long. BoltForge ships custom-app capabilities at a 2-3x WordPress premium, in hours. Charge more than a WordPress shop, beat the custom-dev shop on price and timeline, keep the margin that used to vanish into developer hours.
Position BoltForge as the premium alternative to WordPress and the value alternative to custom dev. You undercut the custom-shop quote, beat the WordPress-shop value, and pocket the margin traditional dev would have eaten.

- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents (e.g., the per-IP free-trial cap and anomaly logging on AI helper endpoints);
- Improve the Service — analyze aggregate usage patterns, calibrate the build cost estimator and prompt optimizer, identify bugs;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
What we do NOT do with Customer Content: we do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising purposes. We do not train BoltForge models on Customer Content (we don't have proprietary training pipelines — we use Anthropic's Claude API under their data-handling terms).
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share specific information with vetted third parties as needed to operate the Service. Each is bound by its own data-handling terms:
- Anthropic (Claude API): Customer Content (prompts, attachments) is sent to Anthropic for the build agent, build cost estimator, and prompt optimizer. Anthropic does not train on data sent via API. Anthropic Commercial Terms.
- Stripe: processes payments and stores cardholder data per PCI-DSS. We receive only metadata (last four digits, expiry, country).
- Convex: hosts our application database (US-based infrastructure).
- Vercel: hosts the platform application.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosts uploaded assets (S3) and customer-deployed applications (Amplify, S3 + CloudFront).
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- PostHog: product analytics + session replay (with input masking).
- Google (OAuth): sign-in via Google account.
- OpenAI / other LLM providers: only used for ancillary services (transcription via Whisper for meeting notes, etc.); not in the build agent path.
We do not transfer Customer Content outside the United States by design. Where US-based providers route traffic through global edges (e.g., CDNs), we minimize what is exposed.
4. Cookies and Tracking
- Strictly necessary cookies — session, authentication, CSRF protection. Cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
- Analytics cookies — PostHog uses cookies and local storage to track product usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- No cross-site tracking. We do not embed Facebook pixels, Google Ads tags, or similar identifiers on the Service.
You can control cookies via Your browser settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will impair the Service.
5. Data Retention
- Account & Customer Content: retained while Your account is active. Deleted within 90 days of account termination, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).
- Billing records: retained for 7 years to comply with US tax and accounting requirements.
- Aggregate usage data: may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form for product analytics.
- Session recordings: retained for 30 days, then auto-deleted.
- Anti-abuse hashed IP records: retained for 12 months to enforce the free-trial cap.
6. Your Rights
Depending on Your jurisdiction, You may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of personal information we hold about You;
- Correct — request that we correct inaccurate information;
- Delete — request that we delete Your information, subject to retention requirements above;
- Export — request Your Customer Content in a portable format (Generated Code is exportable at any time without a request);
- Object / restrict — object to processing or request restricted processing for specific purposes;
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA): You also have the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising Your rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): Our lawful bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interest, consent (where applicable), and legal obligation. You may lodge complaints with Your local data-protection authority.
Submit requests to privacy@boltforge.io. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Your information, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) for all traffic to the Service;
- Encryption at rest for the application database (Convex) and uploaded assets (AWS S3);
- Salted password hashing (bcrypt) for credentials;
- Per-account rate limiting and anomaly detection on sensitive endpoints;
- Hosted on US-based infrastructure with reputable providers.
No system is perfectly secure. If You become aware of a vulnerability, please report it to security@boltforge.io.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If You believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately so we can delete it.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service from outside the US, You acknowledge that Your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under US law. We minimize cross-border data transfers where possible.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at this URL. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

END USER
AGREEMENT
Last updated: 2026-05-10
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("You," "Your," or "Customer") and BoltForge ("BoltForge," "we," "us," or "our"), and governs Your use of the BoltForge platform, agent runtime, generated code, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Service — the BoltForge platform, agent runtime, web dashboards, APIs, marketing tools, and any related software or content provided by BoltForge.
- Customer Content — prompts, attachments, reference materials, configuration data, and other content You submit to the Service.
- Generated Code — application source code, configuration files, deploy artifacts, and other outputs produced by the Service in response to Customer Content.
- Sub-Account — a separate Service account You create under Your master account using the Reseller Program (if applicable).
- Documentation — written materials made available by BoltForge describing the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to Your continued compliance with this Agreement and Your payment of all applicable fees, BoltForge grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for Your internal business purposes during the term of Your subscription.
This license does not include a right to resell, redistribute, white-label, or otherwise commercialize the Service itself, except where You are an authorized participant in BoltForge's Reseller Program ("Partner") and operate within the terms of that program.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Generate, deploy, and maintain web applications, websites, and software for Your own business or, as a Partner, for Your clients;
- Create, manage, and administer Sub-Accounts under the terms of the Reseller Program (Partners only);
- Export, host, modify, and redistribute Generated Code (which You own, as set out in Section 5);
- Integrate the Service with third-party tools and APIs as supported by the platform.
4. Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit any Sub-Account or third party under Your control to:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service except as a Partner under the Reseller Program;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service (excluding Generated Code, which is Yours);
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity;
- Use the Service to develop or distribute malware, spyware, phishing tools, or other malicious software;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features of the Service, including but not limited to the per-account anti-abuse caps;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to abuse free-trial signups, the build estimator, the prompt optimizer, or any other endpoint;
- Falsely represent the Service as Your own product (except via the white-label features of the Reseller Program, used as documented);
- Use the Service to violate third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
5. Customer Content and Generated Code
Customer Content. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Customer Content You submit. You grant BoltForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, transmit, and process Customer Content solely as needed to operate the Service for You, provide support, and improve the Service. BoltForge will not sell or share Customer Content with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., third-party model providers under their own data-handling terms).
Generated Code. Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement, You own all Generated Code produced for Your account. The license to third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source components included within Generated Code remains subject to their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache, GPL). BoltForge retains the right to use general-purpose techniques, patterns, prompts, and non-Customer-specific code in operating the Service and producing future outputs.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
In addition to the Restrictions above, You agree not to use the Service to:
- Build or host applications that collect personal information without lawful basis or proper disclosure;
- Build applications subject to regulated frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.) without ensuring Your deployment meets those frameworks' requirements — BoltForge does not warrant Your generated application's compliance status;
- Generate content for the purpose of impersonating individuals or organizations;
- Process or store cardholder data through the Service in violation of PCI-DSS;
- Run load tests or stress tests against the Service without prior written authorization.
BoltForge may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account or any Sub-Account You create. You agree to notify BoltForge promptly of any unauthorized access. BoltForge will not be liable for losses arising from Your failure to maintain reasonable security on Your account.
8. Subscription, Fees, and Cancellation
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Token-block purchases are billed at the time of purchase as one-time charges.
- You may cancel at any time through Your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds are given for partial months unless required by law.
- Free-trial accounts have a 7-day trial. After the trial, builds halt at the included token cap until You add a payment method or upgrade.
- Per-account signup is limited (currently three accounts per IP address) to prevent abuse of the free trial.
- BoltForge may modify pricing on at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions retain their then-current pricing through the next renewal.
9. Service Availability
BoltForge will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for Enterprise customers with a written SLA, BoltForge does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or downtime-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel, AWS, etc.), and force majeure events are not breaches of this Agreement.
10. AI / Generated-Content Disclaimer
The Service uses large language models to generate code, content, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Generated Code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or behavior that does not match Your intent. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating Generated Code before deploying it to production.
- The build cost estimator and prompt optimizer produce best-effort estimates and rewrites; they are not guarantees of cost or quality.
- The Service may produce outputs that infringe third-party rights despite reasonable safeguards. You are responsible for ensuring Your use of Generated Code does not violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- BoltForge is not liable for any damages arising from Your use, modification, or deployment of Generated Code.
11. Privacy and Data Handling
BoltForge's Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference) describes how We collect, use, and disclose information. In summary: We collect only what We need to operate the Service; We do not sell Customer Content; We host on US-based infrastructure; we use third-party LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic) under their own data-handling terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by canceling Your subscription. BoltForge may terminate or suspend Your account immediately if You materially breach this Agreement, including but not limited to violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, Your access to the Service ends; Generated Code You have already exported remains Yours.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN A WRITTEN ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. BOLTFORGE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE OR GENERATED CODE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLTFORGE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO BOLTFORGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). IN NO EVENT WILL BOLTFORGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoltForge and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) Your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement, (b) Your Generated Code or its deployment, (c) Customer Content You submit, or (d) Your violation of any third-party right.
16. Modifications to This Agreement
BoltForge may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this URL.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. The parties waive any right to a jury trial.
18. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any signed Enterprise agreement, Reseller Program addendum, and the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without BoltForge's prior written consent. BoltForge may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Last updated: 2026-05-10
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern Your relationship with BoltForge ("BoltForge," "we," "us," or "our") across all of our offerings: the BoltForge platform, the Agency Partner Program, and any custom engineering engagements. By creating an account, signing a Statement of Work ("SOW"), purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using our services, You agree to these Terms in full. If You do not agree, do not use our services.
For software-license specifics (license grant, restrictions, customer content, AI-generated-content disclaimer, acceptable use), see the End User Agreement — incorporated by reference.
1. Definitions
- Platform — the BoltForge web application, agent runtime, dashboards, APIs, and related software.
- Subscription — a recurring monthly or annual purchase of a Platform plan (Solo, Starter, Pro, Enterprise, or any Partner-tier add-on).
- Token Block — a one-time purchase that adds tokens to Your current billing cycle when You exceed the included quota.
- Partner — an organization enrolled in the BoltForge Agency Partner Program with reseller mode active.
- Sub-Account — a separate Platform account created by a Partner under their master account for delivering work to a Partner's end client.
- SOW — a written Statement of Work governing a custom engineering engagement.
- Generated Code — application source code and other outputs produced by the Platform from Your prompts.
2. Services Provided
BoltForge offers three categories of service:
- Platform Subscriptions — self-serve access to the AI build agent, with monthly billing tiered by included tokens, workspaces, and features. Governed by these Terms and the EULA.
- Agency Partner Program — a tier of subscription that adds white-label, sub-accounts, custom platform domains, and reseller capabilities for agencies serving their own clients on BoltForge. Section 4 below covers the partner-specific terms.
- Custom Engineering Engagements — scoped project work delivered by our team for builds beyond what the Platform handles directly (multi-tenant architecture, native mobile, deep compliance work, etc.). Each engagement is governed by a separate signed SOW. Section 5 covers these.
3. Platform Subscriptions
- Free trial. The free trial provides 7 days of access to the Solo tier without payment information. To prevent abuse, BoltForge applies a soft cap of three trial accounts per IP address. After the trial, builds halt at the included token cap until You add a payment method or upgrade.
- Billing. Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on the day of the month You signed up, charged to the payment method on file via Stripe. Annual contracts (Enterprise) are invoiced per the agreement.
- Token blocks. If You exceed Your plan's included tokens, the Platform halts new builds until You purchase a Token Block (one-time charge at Your plan's per-block rate). Block purchases are non-refundable and do not roll over between billing cycles.
- Cancellation. You may cancel any Subscription at any time through Your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months unless required by law. See the Refund Policy for details.
- Pricing changes. BoltForge may modify Subscription pricing on at least 30 days' notice. Existing Subscriptions retain their then-current pricing through the next renewal. Founding-partner pricing locked at Partner enrollment is honored for the lifetime of the active Subscription.
- Late payments. Past-due balances may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. BoltForge may suspend Service access for accounts with balances overdue by more than 30 days.
4. Agency Partner Program
Partners receive additional capabilities as part of their Subscription: reseller mode, sub-account creation, custom platform domain, white-label branding across the Platform, and a markup-billing display. The following terms apply specifically to Partners:
- Single-level reselling. Sub-accounts created by a Partner may not themselves create further Sub-accounts. The reseller hierarchy is one level deep. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in suspension of reseller mode.
- Sub-account billing. BoltForge bills the Partner's own master account for usage. The Partner is responsible for billing their end-client separately through their own systems (Stripe, invoicing, retainer rolldown, etc.). The markup display in the Partner Dashboard is informational; it does not represent an actual billing event between BoltForge and the end-client.
- Brand inheritance. Sub-account end-clients see the Partner's brand by default (logo, colors, support email, custom platform domain). The Partner is responsible for providing accurate brand assets and ensuring the brand displayed does not infringe third-party trademarks.
- End-client support. The Partner is solely responsible for supporting their own end-clients. BoltForge does not directly support Sub-account users; the Partner Dashboard makes the Partner's support contact the visible touchpoint.
- Termination of partner status. BoltForge may revoke partner status for material breach, non-payment, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon revocation, white-label and reseller features deactivate; Sub-accounts retain access to their own data and Generated Code.
- Founding-partner pricing. The first 25 Partners are entitled to founding-partner pricing locked for the duration of an active Subscription. If the Subscription lapses for more than 60 days, founding-partner pricing is forfeited and the Partner may re-enroll at then-current rates.
- Anti-competitive use. Partners may not use BoltForge to build, host, or assist in the creation of products that directly compete with the BoltForge Platform.
5. Custom Engineering Engagements
For builds beyond what the Platform handles, BoltForge's engineering team takes the engagement directly under a separately signed SOW.
- Scoping. Each engagement is governed by an SOW that defines deliverables, timeline, milestones, and pricing. Scope changes after signing require a written change order and may result in additional fees.
- Build fees. One-time charges scoped per project. Payment schedules (milestone-based or phased) are specified in the SOW. BoltForge may pause work for invoices overdue by more than 15 days.
- Hosting & support. Optional monthly hosting and support is provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, BoltForge will export the application code, database, and hosted assets to the client within 14 business days.
- Warranty. Deliverables will substantially conform to the SOW specifications for 30 days after launch ("warranty period"). During this period, BoltForge will correct defects at no additional charge. Beyond the warranty period, services are provided "as is."
- Client responsibilities. The client must provide timely feedback, approvals, and content; designate a primary point of contact; and ensure all materials provided to BoltForge are owned by or properly licensed to them. Delays caused by the client may shift the timeline and do not constitute grounds for refund.
6. Source Code Ownership
Upon full payment of applicable fees, You receive full ownership of all custom Generated Code (for Platform Subscriptions) or all custom source code developed for Your project (for Custom Engineering Engagements). This includes the right to modify, extend, redistribute, and host the code independently.
- Third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache, GPL).
- BoltForge retains the right to reuse general-purpose techniques, patterns, prompts, and non-client-specific code in operating the Platform and producing future outputs.
- BoltForge may reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential details) in portfolio or case-study materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable Use
The acceptable-use restrictions in the EULA apply to all use of our services. In addition, You agree not to:
- Use the Platform or any custom-built deliverable to defraud, harass, or harm individuals;
- Use BoltForge for work that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable regulatory requirements (the client is responsible for ensuring their deployed product meets sector-specific compliance, e.g. HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR);
- Resell BoltForge access outside the Agency Partner Program or otherwise commercialize the Platform itself.
BoltForge may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this section.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, including business processes, trade secrets, user data, and technical architecture. Confidentiality obligations survive termination. This Section does not restrict information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Privacy and Data Handling
BoltForge's Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference) describes how we collect, use, and disclose information. In summary: we collect only what we need to operate the services; we do not sell Customer Content; we host on US-based infrastructure; we use third-party LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic) under their own data-handling terms.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN A WRITTEN SOW OR ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. BOLTFORGE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Generated Code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or behavior that does not match Your intent. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating Generated Code before deploying it to production.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLTFORGE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO BOLTFORGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). IN NO EVENT WILL BOLTFORGE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoltForge and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) Your use of our services in violation of these Terms or the EULA, (b) Your Generated Code or its deployment, (c) content You submit, or (d) Your violation of any third-party right.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate by canceling the applicable Subscription or providing written notice for an SOW. BoltForge may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breach, including non-payment of more than 60 days, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or use of services for unlawful purposes.
Upon termination, Your access to the Platform ends; Generated Code You have already exported remains Yours. See the Refund Policy for details on refunds.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. The parties waive any right to a jury trial.
15. Modifications
BoltForge may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where practical, communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the EULA, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any signed SOW or Enterprise agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without BoltForge's prior written consent. BoltForge may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

REFUND
POLICY
Last updated: 2026-05-10
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by BoltForge, LLC ("BoltForge," "we," "us," or "our"): platform subscriptions (Solo, Starter, Pro, Enterprise, and any partner-tier add-ons), token block purchases, the Agency Partner Program, and any custom engineering engagements governed by a signed Statement of Work ("SOW"). By using our services, You agree to these terms.
1. Platform Subscriptions — Cancel Anytime, No Mid-Cycle Refunds
All platform subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
- You may cancel at any time through Your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — Your plan stays active until then so You can finish in-flight work and export Your code.
- No mid-cycle refunds. If You cancel mid-month (or mid-year on an annual plan), we do not refund the remaining days. You retain full access to the Service through the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds for downgrades. Downgrading to a lower tier takes effect at the next billing cycle; the difference is not refunded.
- No partial refunds for unused tokens. Included tokens reset with each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused tokens are not refunded.
- Free-trial accounts (7 days, no card required) incur no charge and have nothing to refund.
2. Token Blocks — Final Sale, Non-Refundable
Token blocks are one-time purchases that add tokens to Your current billing cycle. Block purchases are final and non-refundable, including:
- Tokens consumed by builds You initiated, even if the build did not match Your expectations;
- Tokens that remain unused at the end of the billing cycle (blocks do not roll over);
- Blocks purchased by mistake or in error.
Exception — wasted-token credits. If a build genuinely wasted tokens because of a defect on our side (e.g., a runaway iteration caused by a platform bug, a build the model produced incorrectly when given a clear prompt), use the in-app "Report error" flow on the workspace. Approved reports result in a token credit to Your account that offsets future usage. We do not refund cash for these reports — the remediation is platform credit only.
3. Agency Partner Program
The Agency Partner Program runs as a subscription tier (Pro Partner) or as part of an Enterprise subscription. Standard subscription terms in Section 1 apply, plus:
- Founding-partner pricing. Founding partners (the first 25) receive locked pricing for the lifetime of an active subscription. If the subscription lapses for more than 60 days, founding-partner pricing is forfeited and re-enrollment occurs at then-current rates.
- Reseller add-on (Pro tier). The $499/month reseller add-on follows the same cancel-at-end-of-cycle terms — adding the add-on is prorated to the current cycle; removing it takes effect at the next renewal.
- Sub-account billing. BoltForge bills the partner's master account; the partner is responsible for billing their own clients separately. We do not refund the partner for the partner's end-client churn.
4. Custom Engineering Engagements (SOW)
Some engagements exceed what the platform handles directly and are taken by our engineering team under a signed SOW. For these projects:
- Completed deliverables — no refund. Work that has been delivered to the client and meets the SOW specification is non-refundable.
- Cancellation during development — prorated. If the client cancels before completion, the refund equals total paid minus (a) labor performed at our standard rate of $125/hour, (b) third-party fees already incurred (domains, infrastructure, licenses), and (c) completed milestone deliverables. If work performed exceeds amount paid, the client is invoiced for the balance.
- Cancellation process. Submit cancellation in writing to hello@boltforge.io. We provide an itemized breakdown within 10 business days; any refund is processed within 30 business days of the finalized statement.
5. Onboarding Fees
Optional one-time onboarding fees (training packages, custom platform setup, agency co-build sessions) are non-refundable once the engagement has been scheduled and any portion of the work has been delivered. If the engagement has not been scheduled and no work has begun, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If You dispute a charge, contact us at hello@boltforge.io first — most issues can be resolved directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we resolve the matter. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the disputed charge.
7. Service Termination by BoltForge
If we terminate Your account for material breach of the Terms & Conditions or End User Agreement (e.g., violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment), no refund is owed for the unused portion of the billing cycle. If we terminate Your account for our own business reasons (e.g., discontinuing a product line), we will issue a prorated refund of the unused portion.
8. Code Export
Whether or not a refund is owed, You retain the right to export Your generated code. The Service makes Generated Code downloadable at any time during an active subscription, and we provide a final export within 14 business days of any termination.
